Last Week of Internship

2. Describe your reflections on your internship project—what went well, what would you do differently, and what stands out to you?

For my internship project I planned out several lessons which would teach the students on how to write a fable because that is the unit that they are on. Part of this process was reading a lot of fables to them so they could get an idea of what a fable is. I would probably try writing fables of my own next time to show them an example of mine. The part that stood out to me was how eager the students were to write a fable and while giving them lessons they were very good at participating with me when I asked them questions. The planning was probable the most difficult because I have to be prepare of what I'm going to teach the class the night before.
